In case you see the need to cancel an activity or a tour that you have purchased, you can communicate through one of our options:

  1. Refunds or cancellations greater than 15 days prior to the activity may have 20% fee of the value canceled. The refund will be granted through PayPal, bank deposit, check or cash, as appropriate. The refund could take up to 30 days to be reflected in your bank account or the way used to manage the transaction.
  2. Refunds or cancellations equal to or less than 14 days of the scheduled activity, the refund of the canceled amount is not guaranteed. However, we will do our best to return a part of the canceled value. The refund will be granted through PayPal, bank deposit, check or cash, as appropriate. The refund could take up to 30 days to be reflected in your bank account or the way used to manage the transaction.
  3. In case you make the payment by bank deposit please send the payment receipt to the email contact@triveler.com or to Whatsapp (+506) 8410-3700 / (+506) 8410-3688. We are not responsible for the people who paid and did not send the receipt.
  4. We are not responsible for people arriving after the time to the boarding points, no refund will be made to customers who do not arrive on time. Please try to be 10 minutes early at boarding point.
  5. In case the activity is canceled for any reason, it will be communicated in advance and Triveler will assume the refund of 100% of the canceled amount.
