1. How do I make a purchase in Triveler?

To make a purchase by Triveler you must follow the following steps:

Step 1. You must enter the website triveler.com

Step 2. If you wish you can register on our website, so, you must click on: Sign In located on the upper right side (If you already have an account, skip to Step 5)

Step 3. Fill out the registration form with the requested information.

Step 4. Once this process is completed, you will receive an email to the specified email address to activate your account.

Step 5. When your account is active you can log in using your email and password that you previously registered.

Step 6. Add the products you want to the shopping cart

Step 7. Once you have a list of what you want, you can enter the shopping cart and proceed with the payment and complete the necessary data

2. Do I need an account to make a purchase using Triveler?

It is not necessary to have an account on the page, but that allows you to have access to the history of purchases, coupons, promotions, wish lists and other options. You can follow the steps given in question # 1 to open an account.

3. I don’t remember my password. How can I recover it?

You must access the "Sign In" section and click on Forgot your password?. After this you must enter the email address you initially created your account.

Once this is done, you will receive an email with your new password.

4. Are my last purchases registered in my Triveler account?

Yes, each of the purchases you make with your account will be registered.

After logging into your account, click on My Account, followed by My Orders and you can see the information you need.

Yes, from any country you can make your purchase.

6. What payment options are available to place your orders at Triveler?

You can pay by using electronic transfer or through PayPal.

7. Can I use a currency other than the US Dollar or Colon?

When depositing the bank will make the conversion to the exchange rate.

If you use PayPal, the system will do the conversion automatically.

8. Can I pay a part of the product and cancel the rest afterwards?

9. How long does it take to confirm my reservation?

The confirmation time is variable, depending on the payment method:

Payments with transfer can take up to 30 days depending on the country in which you are, so, if the product or activity you want to attend is very close to the date, you can contact us to make a payment arrangement.

Payments with PayPal usually take no more than 24 hours to confirm your reservation.
